CRM365 Solutions offer a mix of documentation and training services which include providing videos and eLearning materials (using Articulate and Storyline) which allows learners to return and recap topics as and when necessary.


Videos
Recordings focussing on individual areas of the system, explaining how to do specific tasks. Working with you we will incorporate business specific scenarios and examples where possible.
Teams based short courses
While QRGs, videos and eLearning all have their place, we also offer short (1-2 hour) sessions via Microsoft Teams for small groups. The learners would be provided with a scenario or workbook to use after the training and a short follow up call scheduled to review this as a group afterwards.
Teams can also be used to provide short “surgery” sessions enabling groups of learners to come together to review any queries they may have after eLearning, Teams, or Video training.

Quick Reference Guides
Step by step documentation covering specific topics, typically 2-6 pages in length. However, the training is delivered, QRGs are vital in providing users with materials to look back on later.
eLearning
Using Articulate and Storyline we can produce interactive lessons. We can host these for you or provide the exported files for you to load into your own LMS.
Depending on the hosting approach this can include “knowledge checks” which the learner must pass to complete the course.
Training Environments
Our recommendation is to have a separate training environment that is a clone of the production environment and provides a “safe space” for users to work. The benefits of this approach include ...
Populating the system with a data set that supports training exercises. For new systems, the data sets pulled from a production system are often incomplete as they require time to mature. The dedicated training environment allows data sets to be enhanced to fully support the training exercises.
Removes the risk that a trainee user accidently “damages” your live data set. There is always one user who wants to experiment with the delete functionality!
The training environment can periodically be restored from a backup to provide a consistent environment that is not littered with the outcomes of earlier training exercises.
