Release Information for Dynamics 365 Wave 1 2020

For those that are not used to the new cycle of releases for Dynamics 365, Microsoft are now planning on two release waves per year. The first of these for 2020 will start in April.
Make a note of these key dates to help you plan your updates.
January 27th 2020 – Release plans will be available.
February 3rd 2020 – Early access available to allow you try out new features.
April 1st 2020 – General availability. Regional deployments will start on April 3rd.
Early Access
Microsoft are enabling early access to customers and partners to give you time to evaluate new features in advance of the automatic upgrades that will take place at the April and October updates. There will be videos and guides available from Microsoft.
CRM365 Solutions will be validating the new release as early as possible so we are able to advice existing and new customers on the benefits and implications of the new release.
