Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional and Customer Service Professional Licence Promotion 
For customers who activate a Dynamics 365 Sales Professional or Customer Service Professional Licence between August 2020 and June 2021 the first four months of the licence will be provided at a 100% discount i.e. at no cost!. There are of course some caveats, but these are not too onerous … 
 
The promotion is restricted to new customer tenants i.e. those that do not have an active, or a recent subscription (Cancelled within last 30 days) for either D365 Sales Professional or D365 Customer Service Professional licences. 
Customers must agree to a 12-month agreement rather than a rolling monthly contract. 
 
Better still the offer is not subject any minimum or maximum user licence purchases. 
 
The promotional pricing will expire four months after the subscription start date. When the initial term expires, the licence price will be billed at the August 2020 catalogue rate. For Dynamics 365 Sales Professional this is £49 per user / month and for Customer Service Professional £37.30 per user per month. 
 
This offer reduces the first-year costs of a typical 10 user system by just under £2,000.

Licencing Overview 
The functionality in Sales Professional and Customer Service Professional licences have some common areas but mainly provides specialist functionality for the sales and service areas respectively. The licencing model allows for a mix of Sales Professional and Customer Service Professional within a single instance to provide an organisation with a full range of sales & service functionality. 
 
Within an instance a mix of any type of Enterprise and Professional licences is not allowed. 
 
Upgrading from a Professional to an Enterprise licence is very straightforward and takes just a few minutes with minimal disruption to users. 
 
Deployment & Integration  
Both Sales Professional and Customer Service Professional can be accessed via browser, mobile & tablet apps. 
 
Integration with Outlook, Exchange, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, Power BI and Teams is available subject to relevant product licences.
