CRM365 Solutions Limited is owned and managed by Pam Mannell and Richard Dodds who collectively have over 40 years’ experience in implementing CRM systems and since the introduction of the ground-breaking hosted version of Microsoft Dynamics in 2012 their focus has been on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Pam has been designing, developing and delivering CRM training since 1998 and has a wide skill set including functional system design, system customisation and supporting clients and their systems after go-live.
Her main responsibility is discussing with clients to establish their training needs and proposing an approach to meet that need, producing the materials and delivering the training.

Richard has worked in the IT sector for over 35 years first in senior commercial and project management roles at McDonnell Douglas Information Systems (now Northgate-Arinso). Since the mid 90’s Richard has focused on CRM applications founding and running a successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM practise in Milton Keynes.
Richard has extensive experience of a range of CRM applications and has managed the implementation of over 40 CRM system in a range of business sectors including manufacturing, management consultancies and NfP (Not for Profit)
As well as a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and its capabilities Richards specialities lie in understanding business process and requirements and translating these into effective CRM solutions that support businesses requirements generating tangible benefits for clients.
